Jon Stelzer joined Plaza Companies in 2007, following more than two successful decades in project management and the construction industry. Mr. Stelzer’s primary responsibilities with the firm include overseeing the companies’ construction of medical, office, healthcare and senior living facilities. He and his team work closely on a wide range of projects, including small physician office remodels, full blown tenant improvement projects and various office clamshell and senior living ventures.

Susan Byram joined the Plaza Companies team in 2011, and brings to the table more than a decade of project management and construction experience. Her many responsibilities with the with the firm include, but are not limited to, managing commercial developments and tenant improvements, preparing Requests for Proposals, drafting and administering consulting agreements and AIA construction contracts, participating in onsite client meetings, working with municipalities to
expedite reviews and streamline the permitting process, maintaining budget, cost control and schedule for each project, and initiating and maintaining dry utility design and installation for all projects.
