SkySong, The ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center
SkySong will be a 1.2 million square foot development at completion, with more than 750,000 square feet of office space and 323 residential units currently complete. The project also includes neighborhood restaurant and retail amenities, build-to-suit and spec office space, and a number of other amenities. SkySong has already garnered a reputation as one of the Valley’s most important economic development engines.
Plaza del Rio
Plaza del Rio in Peoria is the largest non-hospital medical campus in Arizona. Plaza del Rio includes an extensive variety of medical office, commercial office, retail, single-family residential, senior living and other uses in a variety of different architectural styles and construction types. The Plaza del Rio Campus is unique in that the campus is now home to 1,500 senior residents and includes senior living, medical office, residential and retail uses. Plaza began its business by master planning its Peoria campus.
