Commercial Property Manager

Job Opening Details

The Plaza Companies seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to handle commercial property management of multiple properties in the Phoenix areas.

This position will be based in West Phoenix.

Requirements are as follows:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Office Property Management Experience
  2. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, supervise/mentor staff and meet committed deadlines
  3. Excellent oral and written skills to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and company employees
  4. Preparation of Budgets, Monthly Operating Reports, CAM/Operating Expense billings and Reconciliations
  5. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (Yardi proficiency a “plus” but not required)
  6. Collections of monthly rents and default process
  7. Understanding of lease language and its applications
  8. Familiarity with building systems (EMS, access systems, HVAC, Fire Alarm, etc.)
  9. RPA or CPM preferred but not required
  10. Knowledge of structuring and bidding of vendor service contracts
  11. Arizona Real Estate license required
