Who is Peggy Maxwell?
Before arriving at Plaza Companies, Peggy worked at a thriving commercial property management company as its founder, president, and designated broker. There, she oversaw over 1 million+ square feet of industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use development space before securing her position with Plaza Companies.
Peggy Maxwell is an Arizona State University alum and an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, AZCREW Phoenix, CASA of Arizona, and the YWCA, among other affiliations. Her ability to build and preserve relationships among her peers and clients has helped strengthen her impact on our company. She is a member of both the NAIOP Education and Diversity and Inclusion committees and was involved in developing its Diversity & Inclusion Mission Statement.

Since joining our team, she’s assisted our organization in building a bigger portfolio of high-quality commercial real estate. Additionally, Peggy Maxwell has helped sharpen the company’s focus on budgeting, financial forecasting, and implementing impactful business development strategies. She helps the firm with asset acquisition and disposition, tenant relations, and lease administration and negotiations. And she continues to raise our profile within the commercial property management sector by streamlining communications and serving as a key resource for company partners.
