The Banner Estrella Medical Center is a campus made up of 150,000+ sq ft of medical office buildings. With the Arizona population exploding with growth and demand for health services remaining high, Plaza Companies developed a second building on the campus, the Estrella Medical Plaza II.
After the success of the first medical building on the Estrella Medical Center campus, we quickly got to work on the Estrella Medical Plaza II. This state-of-the-art medical office building is designed to complement the existing hospital and medical offices already on the campus. The 60,000 sq ft building features floor plates up to 13,000 square feet and a direct pedestrian-friendly connection between the building and the hospital. Additionally, the building has easy access to the freeway and features abundant parking for guests and tenants.
