The Brokerage Services Team is off to a fast pace start in 2024 and has not slowed down. The Brokerage Services Team is led by Bill Cook, Senior Vice President; Margaret Lloyd, Senior Vice President; Brielle Torel, Senior Brokerage Advisor; and Michael McWilliams, Leasing Associate.
In the 1st Quarter of 2024 the team has already tallied:
• A total of 30 new and renewed leases
• Space totaling 100,000 square feet
• Total space is up 40% from the same time last year
The team represented the following lease transactions:
• Bill Cook and Brielle Torel represented the Landlord, Colosseum AZ, LLC, in a new 10-year Lease totaling 20,056 square feet for Flames Gymnastics West (Tenant), at 8700 N 91st Avenue, Glendale. Realty One Group represented the Tenant.
• Bill Cook and Brielle Torel represented the Landlord, Colosseum AZ, LLC, in a new eight-year lease totaling 37,753 square feet for Major Power, Inc. (Tenant), at 8700 N 91st Avenue, Glendale. My Home Group represented the Tenant.
• Margaret Lloyd and Mike McWilliams represented the Landlord, SPV IVey Tempe MOB, in a 10-year lease expansion totaling 1,739 square feet for existing Tenant, Be Well Family Care at Tempe St. Luke’s Medical Office Building. This increased the Tenant’s footprint to 5,693 rentable square feet in the building. Launch RE Services represented the Tenant.
• Bill Cook represented Tenant, Nova Medical, in renewing and expanding their lease at Metro Medical for a total of 5,336 rentable square feet.
