Who is Jeanette M.C. Socaciu?
Jeanette joined Plaza Companies in 1999, before leaving the company in 2007 to pursue an opportunity to hone her skills. She returned to Plaza Companies in 2010 with new skills and a bigger commitment to our mission of providing the best services in Arizona.
As Plaza Companies Senior Portfolio Manager, Jeanette Socaciu is responsible for the management of our firm’s large portfolio of medical buildings. Additionally, she oversees two business parks and office condominium associations totaling 224 acres. Her primary responsibilities for these properties include the supervision of operations and vendor services, budgeting, CC&R compliance, architectural review, and assisting the boards with the arrangement, implementation, and management of regular meetings.
What Properties Has Jeanette Been a Part Of?
She has overseen operations for many of the region’s largest and most respected medical facilities, including Anthem’s Anthem Medical Plaza and Venture Court Professional Plaza, Glendale’s Paseo Medical and Dental facility, Plaza Medical and Research Center I in Peoria, and Estrella Medical Plaza in Phoenix.
In addition to the medical properties, Jeanette M.C. Socaciu has worked with associations such as Lakes Medical Plaza Condominium Owners Association in Sun City, Venture Court Owners Association in Anthem, Plaza del Rio Owners Association, Plaza Town Center Owners Association, and Plaza Town Center Condominium Association in Peoria.
